Kochhorizont reacts on the regular steps within the cooking process and transfers them to a junction of countertop and stove. Additionally it offers a free disposal of the pots and a high extend of safety.
A matrix allows the heating of the stove over the whole area. Moreover the stove recognizes the pots and heats locally. As a result you can use more pots of different forms and sizes and heat them efficiently.
The freely arranged pots can be conducted by a fillet along the stove area. The stove has a memory. Even if you move the pots, it remembers them and keeps the settings made.
There could be a further use, which is to heat devices like toasters on the stove as well. A modification of these appliances would avoid cables and create a central heating spot - alike the oven in former times.
